What I do

I work with individuals and teams on leadership development, personal effectiveness and handling change.  I work with companies and organisations to building public trust through incorporating the concept of social value in how they work.

My work is founded on creating the time and space for deep reflection and on the belief that people themselves are best placed to work out the solutions to their challenges.  I facilitate learning conversations which bring a good balance between support and challenge.  I help people make choices which honour their values, while taking full account of the realities and constraints in their lives.
